About Me

Kelly Skinner

My journey to learning to inspire and help others with their health needs began in 2007 when I became a personal trainer to help people with their fitness goals. At that time, I was also in school for Massage Therapy to learn how to help people recover from some of the injuries they receive from working out & training so hard! In October 2008, I became a Registered Massage Therapist, and my practice moved into helping people more in a clinical setting with their health issues. After spending a little more than a decade in the health field and seeing so many clients with health issues such as diabetes, fibromyalgia, IBS, and so many other autoimmune diseases, as well as going through some of my own, I chose to go back to school for my ROHP (Registered Orthomolecular Healthcare Practitioner) designation to help people better manage their conditions through creating better nutritional & lifestyle habits. Currently, I am over half way through the course and hoping to be fully registered in 2019, being better able to assist people on their journey to better health and will be offering Nutritional Coaching at a reduced rate for those looking to make changes!

Sometimes all people require is that one hour to themselves to feel that they have recharged and can take on the world once again or reduce muscle tension & increase muscle length to achieve better range of motion to have better training results.

My Nutritional Story

The school years of 2013/2014 and the 2014/2015 ones I recall being especially tough for us! I remember those years feeling that I spent most of it at the doctor’s office in the waiting room looking for antibiotics to clear up whatever infection we had going on at the time. Typically, it was for sinus, ear or chest infection of some sorts!
